Smoking Pregnant Mom Fights Hospital

Samantha Burton is fighting a hospital in court because the hospital ordered bed rest due to the fact she continued to smoke while pregnant. This is a tough one for me. On the one hand, I am the staunchest advocate for children and the pre-born. But on the same side, I am not really for a hospital telling anyone what they have to do.
