State of the Union: Good Speech, Now Back It Up

Barack Obama's State of the Union Speech was good. Not great. But it had some good points. The larger question in my mind is will he back it up. Will he be able to drop healthcare and focus on jobs. What one thing can Barack Obama do in his sophomore year as President that will regain your trust.
