Couric's Poor Leadership Lesson

Want a great leadership lesson on how not to act in this recession? Just look at Katie Couric. CBS News is laying off 100s of people, meanwhile Couric is making $14 million - which is twice as much as NBC News anchor Brian Williams. CBS's ratings are dead last. Couric is making a mint. People are being fired. That is a leadership disaster.
