Smoking Crack While Pregnant

A kentucky woman who was using crack while pregnant faces 10 years in jail for doing so. Are you kidding me? Look, I hardly advise using crack - pregnant or not. But 10 years? What's next, 5 for drinking or smoking? And how in a society is it ok to kill your baby through abortion, but somehow punishable to do crack while that same baby is in utero?
