Planes, Shootings, and God

A man was so angry at the IRS today that he flew his plane into the IRS building in Austin, Texas. A woman in Huntsville shot and killed three fellow professors after not getting tenure. And then of course their is Virginia Tech. What is with all the anger and how can we help those in our lives who might suffer from it?
