Joe Stack: Hero or Terrorist

Is Joe Stack a hero or a terrorist? His daughter says hero. Many are saying terrorist. Frankly, it's neither. There was no larger organization behind his actions. So it isn't a terrorist act. And his actions were cowardly and disgraceful, so he surely isn't a hero.
