Is It Persistence or Stubbornness?

Barack Obama is still pushing healthcare. I can't believe it. Now he is calling for a Healthcare Summit. When will this end. On the one hand, I have to admire his persistence. But after the Massachusetts election and the overwhelmingly unpopularity of his bill, I have to wonder if persistence has crossed over the stubborn line.
