Since when has retard been considered a slur. First you had the Palin, Limbaugh, Emmanuel debacle. Now you have Massachusetts trying to ban the word. Give me a break. Language is always going to have derogatory terms. Banning them isn't going to do any good because then they'll just shift to another word.
