Miscarriage Criminals

A Utah law is being considered that would make it a crime for a women to do something reckless that kills a baby in her womb. Many are up in arms saying that it basically makes a miscarriage a crime. Unfortunately, those people must not have read the law and frankly I think the law sounds quite reasonable.
