Westboro Baptist Church and the Supreme Court

Monday, March 8, 2010

Westboro Baptist Church is the small, localized church group that goes around protesting soldier funerals and creating websites like GodHatesFags.com. Now their freedom of speech is getting challenged and the case has gone all the way to the Supreme Court. I have said it before - including to the face of Shirley Phelps Roper - that this group is not right in their theology nor in how the preach their message. But limiting their free speech is a bad idea because yours might be next.
