Don't Ask Don't Tell Softened

Defense Secretary Gates today released information about how the Armed Forces are going to be relaxing the Don't Ask Don't Tell policy. Admitting that it is only Congress that can repeal the law, he went on to explain how they were essentially going to not enforce it. Just another example how policy effects the running of our military.
