The Sad Suicide of Phoebe Prince

The case of Phoebe Prince brought great sadness to me this week. You have a beautiful young girl who moved here from Ireland and for various different reasons encountered a ton of bullying from her classmates. Worse yet, the school appears to have known something about it but didn't do anything. Sadly it ended it suicide. What do you do if your church has encountered bullying?
