A Hospital is no longer hiring workers who fail a smoking test. Scratch that, it's worse than a smoking test. Workers will not be hired if they have nicotine in their blood system. Give me a break. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a civil rights issue. Employers have the right to hire anyone they see fit. But they are stupid. They should be trying to hire the best workers, not the healthiest.
