There are really two groups of people related to the Catholic Church scandal: haters and hopers. Haters just love what is going on. Maybe they left the church years ago, maybe they are just antagonistic towards religion. But the hopers on the other hand realize that this is definitely a black eye on the church, but that ultimately, it will recover and be better for it.
