Zacharias Moussaoui recently was sentenced to the life in prison. While most of America feels the death penalty is an appropriate form of punishment, the jury decided Moussaoui deserved to live life in prison. Allen's stance, the death penalty is just plain wrong. It's wrong for moral reasons, financial reasons, and societal reasons.
