When To Have Kids

You've heard me say it before and I am saying it again, families should have kids and lots of them. And better yet, they should have them early. But my staff disagrees and I have a hunch many of you do as well. Whether it be selfish reasons or wanting to be financially secure, people are putting off having kids longer and longer and I think that is a mistake.
