SCOTUS Scary Decision

The Supreme Court decided today that states have the authority to hold prisoners who have committed sex crimes indefinitely if they feel they might be a menace to society. Are you kidding me? How scary is that? We now have a the beginnings of a government that can hold us in prison for crimes even after we have served our punishment.
