BP Oil Spill

Obama's talking a big game about the BP oil spill in the gulf (mind you almost a month after it happened). But their is really only two things he can do at this point: fine the crap out of BP, and get out of the way and let Louisiana solve their issue since they know how to the best. The feds are not the fix-all cure to every major problem we have.
