I am sure your state is like mine. License plates used to be universal in your state, now it seems like everyone and their mother can apply for a specialty license plate to support a cause or a college or pretty much anything. Well their is quite the controversy brewing in North Carolina over a "Choose Life" license plate being proposed for the state.
