BP Oil Spill...Continues

The BP oil spill continues. Now with their CEO claiming it is a catastrophic disaster and they are trying everything. But alas, it really doesn't look like anything is going to be done until August when a relief well will be completed. So what is the right reaction to this? What should be expect from our government, our oil companies, and each other.
