W Is Still Wrong About Waterboarding

George W Bush spoke in Grand Rapids this week. I will commend him on publicly saying he will not criticize the current Presidential Administration as that is not his place. However, I strongly disagree with him on his statements about how if he could do it over again, he would still water board. We are better than that.
