Apologizing for the BP Oil Spill

Both Barack Obama and the BP CEO need a lesson in apologies and leadership. Obama hasn't apologized for anything - including the slow response. BP's CEO has attempted to apologize, but it comes across as mechanical and unempathetic. I learned very early on a key point of leadership is knowing how to apologize right, and then moving on.
