BP Oil Day 57: Address the Nation

Barack Obama gave a fairly good speech tonight about the BP oil crisis. It had a few negative points, but for the most part, was a strong speech. But there was one thing overshadowing the speech: day 57. It's day 57 and he is just now getting around to addressing the nation on this one.
