The Vote Is In In Fremont

I brought the topic up last night, but the vote is in. Fremont has voted Yes in requiring proof of citizenship for a job or to rent a property in their small Nebraska town. So what do you make of all this? Is this a good example of local government taking matters into their own hands, or is it racism?
