Rag-Tag Sex With Students

Stephanie Ragusa was convicted of having sex with a minor and sentenced to 10 years in jail. I don't usually have any sympathy for these cases - regardless if they were female or male students who were pursued. But Ragusa was and is bipolar and I am not sure sending her to jail is exactly the answer.
