Kagan is up before the Senate regarding her confirmation for the Supreme Court. I didn't like much about this woman before the hearing and I certainly don't like her now. Not only is she incredibly pro-choice and anti-military, she has no experience in the real world as a judge or an attorney. She's probably brilliant, but I'll take experience over brilliance any day.
