Jaycee Dugard's $20 Million Dollar Payout

It was agreed to pay Jaycee Dugard - the young girl who was kidnapped for over 18 years - $20 million dollars to settle the inept job the State of California did in finding her while kidnapped. I feel for Jaycee, I really do. And yes, she is entitled to some money from the state. But $20 million is just too much and it shows how easy it is to spend someone else's money.
