Where Are All The Old Leaders?

I read a great article by Peggy Noonan asking the question where are all the old leaders? Barack Obama is under 50. Prime Minister of England is under 50. It seems that all the major players these days are increasingly getting younger. But the problem with that is they lack experience and they lack patience and class. It's no surprise our political climate is the way it is when nobody has any experience or class.
