Rape By Deception

An Israeli woman met an Arab man and slept with him within a matter of hours. Problem was, apparently she was under the idea that the man was Israeli as well. Now she had him convicted for rape by deception - a law that is apparently on the books in Israel but no where else in the world. Give me a break. Obviously much of what happened is immoral and wrong - on both sides - but this is hardly rape.
