Apologizing for the Bomb?

For the first time ever, an official American diplomat will be in attendance of an annual ceremony in Japan commemorating the day the A-Bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. Many are wondering now if this is the Administration's attempt to apologize to the Japanese for America's actions during World War II.
