The Omar Thornton Syndrome

By now you have heard about Omar Thornton - the man who after being fired from his job at a Budweiser distributor went on a shooting rampage killing 8 - including "the 5 racists" as he put it. This type of event is a sad one and no one justifies the shooting of anyone regardless of the environment at the plant. But it does beg the question was there a legitimate case of racism at this distributor, or is this just another example of a "race-complex."
