America Has Failed Students?

Obama spoke in Austin, TX this past week where we proclaimed to the student body that America has failed them. What?!? Are you kidding me. How have we failed students? There isn't a person in this country that can't get a college degree who wants one. Now parents might have failed raising kids, but no sir, America has no failed students.
