An heavily medaled and accomplished Air Force fighter pilot was let go because during an investigation that falsely accused him of rape, it was revealed he was a gay man. People. This is why don't ask, don't tell is a ridiculous policy. Either let gays in or don't. But don't ask, don't tell doesn't work.
