Warrantless GPS Tracking

A Federal Court has ruled that it is legal for police departments to put GPS tracking devices on cars without a warrant as long as they are parked in driveways or streets as there is not an assumed amount of privacy in those locations. Give me a break. This is not a good precedent and the socio-economic prejudice that is there makes it even more frightening.
