World Vision Hiring Controversy

A judge held up World Vision's right to limit employment based on religious belief - which is the right decision. What I don't get is why a non-Christian would want to work for World Vision or any other para-church organization. I can tell you the last place I'd want to work is for a Muslim Community Center.
