ICE Ices Their Enforcement

ICE came out today and informed local and state law enforcements that they no longer need to inform ICE of those here illegally unless they have a warrant out for their arrest and a few other situations. Many are crying this is legalizing illegal immigration, frankly, I think this is a good thing.
