Don't Ask Don't Tell Court Debacle
Wednesday, October 13, 2010
In a fairly unprecedented move, a Federal Appellate judge in San Diego has effectively ended Don't Ask Don't Tell. Now you have a real interesting situation. Because you have the Obama Justice Department debating whether or not to appeal, because even though the Administration is against Don't Ask Don't Tell, it is still the law of the land and they feel Congress should be the one to appeal it. So now we have the Justice Department, Defense Department, Congress, President, and the Judicial Branch all apart of this debate. Is anyone piloting this ship?
