Judge Does Congress Dirty Work Regarding Don't Ask Don't Tell

John McCain and others needs write the judge in San Diego a thank you note for doing their dirty work. Why? Because he essentially ended the Don't Ask Don't Tell debate and everyone gets to save face. I am willing to bet most Republicans in congress want Don't Ask Don't Tell repealed, but they also want to keep their jobs more than repealing DADT. Solution? A judge orders it unconstitutional and then everybody, the Defense Department, the White House, Congress, everyone then just sits on their hands.
