Deanna Favre - the wife of Brett Favre - spoke briefly about the scandal around her husband. She of course is no stranger to dealing gracefully with Brett's shortcomings. She stuck with him through a substance abuse addiction earlier in their marriage. But as I sat at Lambeau over the weekend and watched the Packers edge buy a very hurting Favre, it got me thinking between his age and his shortcomings, maybe its best for Brett to step aside gracefully and focus on some of the other important things in life.
