Apparently according to the 9th Circuit Federal Court it is illegal for the State of Arizona to require proof of citizenship when registering to vote. Are you kidding me? Voting is a privilege to those who are citizen. If you aren't a citizen, you are still welcome here, but where in the world do we get the idea they should be voting in our elections?
