Rove, Palin, and the Perpetual Campaign

Karl Rove called out Sarah Palin this past weekend in an interview in London by saying she didn't have the "gravitas" to be President. His prime example: her reality TV show. And while conservatives are picking sides, I am stepping back and say why are we talking about the 2012 Presidential campaign already? A perpetual period of campaigning is not good for the country and it is not good for our pursuit of happiness.
