Halloween Sex Offender Laws

We've done this show before and it is just getting further and further out of hand. There are new laws for sex offenders on Halloween in many states around the country and it borders on the ridiculous. Lights have to be out. They have to be home between 5 and 9 pm. They can't have anybody over to the house. I have said it before, I will say it again. If we are going let these people out of prison, we have to let them reacclimate to society. If we think they are too big of a threat, we should just leave them in prison.
