Pecan Down

Grandma Gordon - a beloved Pecan tree - in Northwest Atlanta was torn down this week after a 7 year court battle. 7 years! Over a tree! The truth of the matter is that the Pecan tree was on the property of the man who wanted to cut it down, and frankly, I believe in property rights of the owner. I can't believe it took 7 years to determine he had a right to take down the tree.
