Grandpa Killed Grandma But It's Ok

A elderly man shot and killed his wife dying of dementia in what the family is calling a mercy killing. We've discussed this before and I still don't think anything has changed: life is not ours to make and life is not our to take. But the question of how do you "punish" grandpa is an interesting one.
