Faith Based Initiatives and the Woodstock Church Controversy
Tuesday, December 7, 2010
Many are appalled to find out that millions of dollars out of the stimulus were spent on faith related purchases. Add to that a controversy in my neck of the woods with Woodstock Baptist Church and public school graduation. Both cases are examples about how neither side is right when it comes to faith in the "public sector" in America. Faith Based Initiatives (aka Government involvement in Faith) is not a good thing. Holding graduation in a Church is a fine thing - especially when it saves the school district money.
