The State of Georgia promises any high school student with a 3.0 GPA or higher free college tuition to any state school funded by the state-run lottery. I have said for years this is wrong (probably the only one). We are taking money from the poor to send middle and upper class white kids to college. But surprise, surprise it is going broke and now they are talking about how to pull the benefits back. This is all just covered in wrong sauce.
