Advice for Obama's Tucson Speech

President Obama is traveling to Tucson to make a speech. And while it isn't nearly the tragedy of the Oklahoma City Bombing or 9/11 - Obama could learn a thing or to from President Bush and especially President Clinton on how to give a speech like this. I am hoping his speech has more of a pastor tone than as a professor tone, but I fear that won't be the case.
