GPS Tracking Sex Offenders

There is an initiative in Pittsburgh that is attempting to put GPS trackers on all sex offenders. And while that in and of itself a horrendous idea, they have also made their intentions known that they want to use it on violent criminals, and dead beat dads. That's right folks. This is what it is coming to.
