Facebook Drowning Mom On Trial

A woman in Colorado is potentially getting sentenced to 50 years in prison for leaving her child in a bathtub while she went and check Facebook - causing the child to drown. Was this horrendously stupid: yes. Was this child neglect: yes. But 50 years!?! People who kill people by being drunk behind the wheel at most usually get 10 years - and sometimes only 1 year.
