Life For An 11-Year Old

Wednesday, January 26, 2011

A judge in Pennslyvania is considering trying an 11-year old child as an adult for allegedly shooting his step-mom to be in the back of the head with a shotgun. The reason: because the judge believes the kid has failed to own up to the crime. Huh?!? We want him to confess to a crime, before he is on trial, in order to be tried as he should be: a child? That sounds so unbelievably absurd I can't believe it is constitutional.
